We are conducting a confidential search for a VP of Sales on behalf of our client, a leading, well-known CPG company. The VP is responsible for managing a national sales team, to drive new business, build partner loyalty, ensure high product renewal rates, and support and promote the company’s strategy and initiatives, by building and managing high-performance teams, developing and executing business plans, allocating appropriate resources to highest-value partners, developing internal and external relationships, and promoting corporate values.
Successful candidates will possess 10+ years of sales experience within the consumer product goods industry, including management of a national sales team and operational and financial performance accountability. Bachelor’s Degree required. Must be flexible to travel nationally 50 to 75%
