Successful candidates will possess 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist within a manufacturing environment, coupled with working knowledge of state and federal employment laws, as well as safety requirements and regulations. Must have strong facilitation, process development, analytical, collaboration, problem solving, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Also, must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s Degree is required.
